Kenn Hill,
Drain Cleaning, Plumbing Technician

Kenn has been with Kaiser-Battistone for over 10 years. Prior to working here he was a HVAC technician in Charleston, SC. He has over 20 years of mechanical experience working with customer problems.

Working as a mechanic runs in Kenn's family. His father was a machine mechanic and so it’s just in his blood.

Kenn remembers one call that was unusually noteworthy. He was called to a customer’s home to clear a blockage. Little did he know it was a 65' long root mass in a pipe causing the blockage. The root Kenn pulled out was the length of the house he was working on.

When not pulling roots out of drains, Kenn can be found fixing cars, any car, any issue, from mechanical to body work. If his hands are not in an engine, he is hanging out with his two teenage boys.

Joe Isidore,
Master Plumber

Joe has been with Kaiser-Battistone since 2008. Prior to coming here he worked at his own plumbing business (AJ Plumbing) for over 20 years. In addition to being a Master Plumber he is also certified as a Solar Thermal Contractor.

Joe has worked as a plumber since he was 16, so he has seen and solved almost every type of plumbing problem imaginable (and then some). Recently a customer called because there was an odor in their house and they could not find the source. A plumber from another firm was at the house and also could not find the source. Joe spent a little over an hour testing different theories until he finally solved the problem and the odor dissipated.

Joe is a licensed Merchant Marine officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and also is “Captain AJ” on his boat in Old Saybrook, CT. When he is not up to his elbows with plumbing issues, he is out on his boat fishing.

Mike Mallory,
Plumbing Mechanic

Mike has been with Kaiser-Battistone since June, 2010. Prior to working here he worked for another local plumbing company for over 20 years. He has over 25 years experience as a plumber with everything including plumbing, heating and new construction.

Recently a customer went on vacation and when they came home they found that one of their toilets did not work. The customer knew the toilet was working properly prior to the vacation. They called Kaiser-Battistone and Mike came out to their house. While they were on vacation, an animal had found his way into the plumbing waste pipe and could not get out, leading to his demise, inside the line, which caused the problem. After holding a short but proper funeral for the critter in the customer's backyard, the toilet worked normally again. Most weekends you can find Mike fishing with his three boys or watching the New York Giants.

Jimmy Rogers,
P-2 Licensed Plumbing Technician

Jimmy has been with Kaiser-Battistone since 2006. He graduated high school, and started working as a plumber's apprentice. He got his license last year.

Jimmy was at a customer's house a few months ago working on a toilet. The customer said that another plumber was there and wanted to install a new toilet. Jimmy diagnosed the problem and fixed it without the hassle of installing a new toilet, thus saving the customer hundreds of dollars.

On the weekends, Jimmy can be found hanging with his girlfriend or playing basketball, football or skateboarding. He can hit a jump shot from the top of the key effortlessly.
