Septic Cleaning

As experts in the area of septic cleaning, we’ve seen a lot. But many of the problems that we see on a daily basis can be prevented if the septic tank owner is informed about the different ways a septic tank can fail. So what is a septic tank? A septic tank is a type of natural filter, that harnesses the power of an organic breakdown process to filter out the solids and grease that accumulate over time from household waste. The liquids in a septic tank are sent to a leaching area or soil filter that cleans the liquids and allows for reabsorption into the environment. The solids that are left over are slowly broken down by the organic process, which is powered by beneficial bacteria.

So how can the system fail? If solids somehow get into the leaching pipe, they can clog it and the septic system will backup. This can be caused by one of two things. The first is sludge buildup, which is mostly due to lack of sludge removal by septic tank cleaning. The second cause is a bacterial deficiency. Bacterial deficiency can be treated with one of our products, KB-X-TENDR.
