William Waite, Branch Manager
Billy has been in the septic industry for over 20 years, starting off working for a family business. In 2002, as a lead technician for Wind River, Billy was awarded the “Top Gun” award for his 100% customer satisfaction rate. 2007 was an exciting professional year for Billy as he was promoted to branch manager of Connecticut. Following the acquisition of Kaiser-Battistone in 2014, Billy began overseeing the daily operations of their pump truck division and is currently responsible for over 15 technicians. Billy prides himself on his relationships with his customers and counts his interpersonal skills as his best attribute. In his spare time, Billy enjoys motor-cross, karaoke nights, spending time with his family, and vacationing in tropical destinations.
Demitri Mastrogianni, Plumbing Manager
Demitri has been in the plumbing industry for over 23 years and is a graduate of Henry Abbott Technical School. After graduating, he began his career working for a local plumbing company where he completed his four year apprenticeship and earned his journeyman plumbing license. In 2012 Demitri earned his master plumbing license, which he holds in addition to a S1 heating and air conditioning license. Demitri is very determined and is always up for a challenge – the more difficult the job, the more satisfaction he reaps! He always puts the customer first and finds solutions for all problems. In his spare time Demitri enjoys socializing and spending time with his family at their summer home in the Mediterranean.
David Parry, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining WRE, David built a 30-year career with Clean Harbors, a leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services, including the collection, transportation and disposal of waste.
Most recently, David served as President, Environmental Sales and Services, Clean Harbors’ largest division. He has previously served as President, Industrial & Field Services, Executive Vice President of Energy and Industrial Services, Executive Vice President of Sales and Services and Senior Vice President of Eastern Operations. He also has held the positions of Regional Vice President, Northeast Region, District Sales Manager, Regional Manager of CleanPack® and Transportation & Disposal Services, Plant Manager and CleanPack Chemist.
David holds a B.S. degree in Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and earned a Third Engineers Merchant Marine Officer License from the U.S. Coast Guard.
Eric Scheinerman, Chief Financial Officer
Eric has over 25 years experience in managing the finance function both domestic and international roles. Prior to joining WRE, Eric was the CFO for Aptiv PLC’s, $9B Electrical/Electronic Architecture division where he was based in Shanghai, China. Before Aptiv, he was Managing Director & CFO at Liberty Lane Partners, a PE firm dedicated to investments within a broad range of industries. There, he was in charge of M&A, portfolio company oversight and interim CFO/CEO services for their portfolio companies. At Liberty Lane he completed several roll-ups, including one in the automotive aftermarket space. At Thermo-Fisher Scientific, he led several acquisitions including integrating a portfolio of clinical diagnostic businesses into from the acquisition of Apogent.
Eric has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
Shaun Kelley, Senior Vice President of Operations
Shaun has over 24 years’ experience in the industrial services sector with the past 3 years as the SVP and General Manager for Iron Mountain’s Secure Destruction business. Prior to his 11 years of experience at Iron Mountain, Shaun held several positions during his 13 years at Cintas Corporation. His last role with Cintas was General Manager of their uniform facility in Chelmsford, MA.
Shaun has a BA, Administration of Justice from Salve Regina in Newport, RI.
Diana Newmier, Vice President of Human Resources
Diana has more than 20 years of experience in multi-site/multi-country locations in high growth and turn-around business environments. Industries in which she worked include Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Airline, Defense, Hospitality and Food Service, and Transportation Infrastructure.
Diana attended the University of Wisconsin where she studied Journalism and Communications. She has a B.S. from Charter Oaks State College. She also completed the Executive Development Program from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
Marty Earley , Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing
Marty Earley is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, responsible for sales, marketing, and sales operations nationwide. Marty has a long distinguished career in sales, including senior sales leadership roles at Ecolab, Aramark and DCI Design Communications. Prior to joining Wind River Environmental he was EVP of Sales and Marketing where he re-architected the global sales organization, resulting in the tripling of revenue in three years. At various companies, Marty spent two decades building worldwide sales organizations from early stage to market leadership positions. Marty holds a BA in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Greg Creamer, Business Development Director
Greg has over 23 years’ experience in the valuation of companies and in executing the sale of companies on both the buy and sell sides. Prior to joining WRE, Greg spent 15 years with Harris Williams & Co., a mid-market M&A advisory firm specializing in transactions between $100M – $1B in sales. Greg served in the roles of VP, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Director, New Business Development.
Greg brings with him extensive experience in creating a sales pipeline of acquisition targets and in closing transactions. At WRE, Greg’s focus will be to build relationships and successfully execute our acquisition strategy.
Greg has a BA in Economics and History from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and an MBA (concentration in Finance and International Business) from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Jack Bailey, Vice President Business Development
Jack has over 35 years of experience in the waste industry and possesses a significant amount of industry knowledge and expertise. Jack plays a key role in all business development and acquisition activities.
Jack’s prior experience includes key roles at Suburban Companies, Laidlaw Waste Systems and Browning Ferris Industries. Jack has a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and also performed graduate studies at Suffolk University.
