We don’t like to brag, but we operate the largest fleet in the industry with over 400 pump trucks, tractors, vacuum and bulk liquid trailers, drain vans, service vehicles, mobile jetters, excavators, power snakes, video units and more. That’s how we are able to cost effectively respond to your largest or smallest service needs.
We’re good to the environment
We don’t mind getting our hands dirty, but septic tanks, grease traps, and other non-hazardous liquid waste systems all fall under federal, state, and local Clean Water Act regulations. The rules are complicated and, for the safety of everyone, not something to put in the hands of beginners. We have a full-time team that focuses on nothing but environmental compliance (ok, and donuts), to help reduce your potential liability. All waste is fully manifested, documented and legally disposed at a fully permitted waste water treatment plant.

Our people know what they are doing
Every Kaiser-Battistoneteam member has graduated from Wind River University (you should see prom night). All of them – both field technicians and associates – have been trained in proper system servicing, preventative maintenance programs, the identification of system problems, and customer care.
Our phones are manned by actual humans

We know we’re the best, but we don’t rest on our laurels. In fact, just to make sure we continue to make it happen for our customers, we survey them EVERY NIGHT. Not all of them, of course, that would be annoying. Just the ones whom we visited that day, giving us a daily report card on quality and customer satisfaction.
